Terry Woodcroft

Terry has more than 25 years’ international experience leading emerging hardware and software businesses from concept formulation through to market entry and profitability. Her career in start-ups through to Fortune 500 businesses spans the process control, networking, point-of-sale, e-health and telecommunications industries.  As Global Product Manager of enterprise software selling to the world’s largest telecommunications companies, her products lines attracted revenues in excess of £100M annually. Terry has consistently achieved international business success for her products and successful trade sales to larger established enterprises.

Terry currently works with investors to start up companies and close licensing deals based on early-stage university technologies.  In this role, she remains involved with the new companies to guide them through to major funding and product launch milestones.  As Chair of the BMT group of companies, she has led the start up through technology acquisition, business re-start, grant funding, achievement of R&D, production and customer milestones for investment, and Series A fundraising from USA and Australian Venture Capitalists within 12 months.  Terry’s strategic and operational experience also informs her interim CEO role at Neo-Rehab during its bootstrapping phase of early product sales to major health service providers, raising of grant and investor funding, and development of new product lines.

Terry is an Electrical Engineering graduate from the University of Queensland, has an MBA in Technology Management and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
